Andrew Myles

Since graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Production and Design from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts,  Andrew has gained considerable experience working in a number of roles across Lighting, Automation and Video within the theatre industry in Australia, and touring internationally.  

Currently in the role of Head of Automation on the acclaimed Australian Production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical. 

Prior to this Andrew was Head of Lighting for the Australian Production of Six – The Musical (Original Sydney Season),  Head of Lighting for School of Rock – The Musical, and Head of Automation and Australian Programmer for the productions of Kinky Boots and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. 

When not working on musicals Andrew has undertaken the role of Crew Chief and Senior Service Technician at PRG Australia.  

Notable other productions include King Kong – Live on Stage (Deputy Head of Automation and Kong Automation Programmer), and Disney’s The Lion King (Deputy and VL operator)
